Anjali Bhargava is a Photography graduate from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University. After graduation Anjali was accepted as a student for the Eddie Adams Workshop where she won an assignment with the New York Times Sunday Magazine. A week after the workshop she moved to New York City where she is still based. She has worked on many sides of the business as a photo editor, assistant, studio manager, and producer among other things and has learned volumes from it all but she's always most at home behind a camera (ideally with a person on the other end.) She is constantly inspired by the attitude and emotion expressed in a person's stance or by the influence they have on the space around them. In the glance on a unique face she hopes to capture something universal no matter where in the world she finds them or they find her. While New York is her home, Anjali never misses a chance to travel. Her latest adventures were in Australia and India. God only knows where's next. |
